Electronics SpA is a Company belonging to Prima Industrie group,
which is the industrial holding of a Group with 470 staff, including,
further to Prima Electronics, Prima Industrie SpA (designs, develops,
manufactures and sells laser machines for the cutting, welding and
surface treatment of three-dimensional and bi-dimensional parts) in
Italy, Prima North America, Inc. (CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers) in the United
States.
The group consolidated turnover was Euro 94 million in 2003, while
Prima Electronics' was Euro 14 million.

real-time software, regulation and control systems and offers to customers
