RMA: Returns and Repairs
The form you’ll find on the right side of the page, is needed to request an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number, that is an authorisation number to return PRIMA ELECTRONICS products for repairs.
The form must be carefully filled in, saved and sent by e-mail only to the following address: rma@primaelectronics.com. In charged personnel will associate each request modul to an RMA number that will be communicated to the e-mail address specified in the form.
