Testing is a key step in PRIMA ELECTRONICS’ product offering: high product quality and reliability are the direct consequence of excellence in testing, thanks to strong investments in high quality automatic testing machines.
PRIMA ELECTRONICS runs 100% multifunction and inspection testing on the in-circuit production, thanks to dedicated testing workspaces (Flying Probes SPEA 4040), product burn-in in climatic rooms (with temperature and humidity flows), final inspection through dedicated software simulators and programs and final functional testing.
The Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) is carried out by dedicated Marantz MX220 and Samsung VSS3CL machines. Additional testing is made through a dynascope Lynx 40X (with prism for a 3D vision). The Burn-In and Run-In processes of all products and systems manufactured by PRIMA ELECTRONICS complete the functional and dynamic testing, through dedicated testing equipments.
The data collection and continuous quality monitoring allow high quality data recording and complete traceability of products over time.
