    Prima Electronics offers production batch sized tailored to specific phases of product life:
    Prototypes: for project validation
    Pre-series (0-batch): for process validation
    Series: optimised and high-efficiency
    Prima Electronics has, for its customers, personalised production lines, tailored to required volumes.
    Prima Electronics can offer several production activities according to the state of the art in electronic contracting engineering services:

    SMD assembly lines
    Prima Electronics has SMD component assembling
    lines with very high services, the available machines are:

    • SMTECH 400 screen printing

    • PHILIPS Topaz and Emerald series using "Pick & place" and technology
    • CONCEPTRONIC HVN ovens
    PTH assembly lines
    Prima Electronics has PTH manual component assembly line, and custom machines for component insertion.

    Board washing
    Prima Electronics has a Barbieri washer with demineralisation station and dryer to wash boards from residual products. Prima Electronics normally uses "no-clean" fluxes but in some cases boards are washed according to
    customer's request.

    Conformal Coating
    Upon request, boards can be coated in order to comply to most severe
    environmental conditions.
