    Prima Electronics offers a complete range of solutions to process control systems with PLC and CNC functions integrated.

    Compact PCI systems
    Modular easily upgradable solution, it can be equipped with 1 or 2 Pentium CPUs, running Windows and/or Unix real time Operating Systems. Peripheral boards include axes control and fieldbus interfaces.
    Up to 4 different machines with 12 axes each, practically unlimited number of I/Os are handled.
    Axes interpolation is performed every 1 ms, axes position loop every 50 us.


    PCI systems
    With the same features of the Compact PCI version. Offers at a lower price a high performance competitive solution.

    The CNC is programmable in standard G-code with integrated technology and specialized functions.
    The PLC is IEC 1131 compatible.

    Embedded Systems
    Economic process control solution, it offers a standard PLC function (programmable in the 5 languages of IEC 1131) integrated with an alphanumeric display and digital and analog I/Os.
    Further expansions provide for instance 4-20 mA interfaces, temperature inputs...
    The systems is natively equipped with a CanOpen interfaces. Gateway modules to Profibus and Modbus are also available.
